At the beginning, a project can fit on a single sheet of paper. A home taking shape. A commercial space with a purpose. A team that wants to make something work well.
Then the decisions multiply. A finish needs approval. A dimension changes. One supplier is ready while another is waiting for a revised drawing. The challenge becomes keeping those decisions connected.
That is the work ORWES cares about. We bring product sourcing, supplier coordination and communication together, so the people responsible for a project can make informed decisions and keep moving towards the same outcome.

Connecting the people behind the materials.
We work with builders, developers, architects, designers and building material businesses. Our role is to connect project requirements with suitable manufacturing resources in China and coordinate with the people delivering the work locally.
Our BUILD focus covers materials, fixtures and fixed architectural finishes: bathrooms, kitchens, doors and windows, stone, outdoor materials and lighting. The starting point is always the project, whether the requirement is one category or a coordinated package.

A useful answer makes the next decision easier. We aim to make requirements, responsibilities and open questions visible, from the first enquiry through to delivery and follow-up.
Projects change. Honest communication helps a team respond. When a specification, cost or timing assumption changes, the next step is to understand its effect and agree how to proceed together.

From understanding the brief to supporting the result, every stage helps the team see what comes next.
Understand
Start with the location, design intent, budget, programme and people involved. Agree what your project needs before recommending products.
Plan
Discuss materials, finishes, production options and the supply sequence. Identify decisions, dependencies and questions that still need an answer.
Confirm
Record the agreed drawings, dimensions, colours, hardware, quantities and delivery scope. Confirm changes in writing before production begins.
Build
Coordinate production against the confirmed requirements. Follow up on progress and the agreed quality checks, and communicate changes as they arise.
Deliver
Coordinate packaging, shipment planning and the relevant documents. Discuss access, timing and responsibilities with the project team before dispatch.
Support
Stay in touch after delivery. Review questions with the customer and the relevant supplier, and work together on practical next steps.
