Is my appointment confirmed when I complete the form?
No. This form prepares or sends a consultation request. Your appointment is confirmed only when the ORWES team agrees the date, time and meeting arrangements with you. An email draft still needs to be sent from your email app.
Can I visit a showroom or see samples?
Contact our team to discuss meeting locations and sample availability for your chosen products. Please arrange your visit in advance. The images on this page are project illustrations, not photographs of ORWES showrooms.
Do I need a finished design or a full product list?
No. An outline of the project, its location and the questions you are working through is enough to start. Drawings, references and approximate quantities help us make the conversation more useful.
Is there a consultation fee?
Ask the team to confirm the scope and any applicable fees before the meeting. Samples, technical work, quotations and delivery arrangements are discussed separately as needed.
How do I send plans or change a request?
You can attach drawings to your email when you send the request. For changes, reply to the same email conversation or contact [email protected] with your name and the original requested date.
